Shipping policy

Every order of Mama Bites is made fresh, so your bites arrive ready to enjoy.

When your order ships
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous United States. We're not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories at this time. UPS can't deliver to PO boxes, so orders going to a PO box ship with USPS.

Delivery time
We ship with UPS or USPS. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on where you are.

Shipping cost

• Orders of $50 or more ship free.
• Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us at hello@eatnoshwell.com with your order number, a quick note about what happened, and a photo if it arrived damaged. Depending on the issue, we'll send a replacement, refund your order, or find another fix that works for you. See our Refund Policy for details.
